Why OptiLyn

Made for optical shops only

Most software used by opticals was made for general shops first, and glasses second.

The problem with general shop software

An optical shop is not like other shops. A prescription has a right eye and a left eye, each with its own sphere, cylinder, axis and addition. Lenses are stocked by power, not as one number. One pair of glasses is a frame, two lenses and a lab job. General shop software does not handle this, so staff end up keeping records on paper as well. OptiLyn is built around the prescription and lens stock from the start.

In your shop or on Cloud — your choice

Installed in your shop, OptiLyn runs on your own computers, so a sale never stops when the internet does. If you have several branches and want them connected, the same OptiLyn runs on Cloud instead.

Support from the people who built it

No call centre and no passing you around. When you ask for help from inside OptiLyn, your version and screen are sent automatically to the small team that wrote the software.

How we work

Three rules we always follow

The prescription is the record

Every screen involved in a sale can see the prescription.

Your shop keeps working

Installed in the shop, OptiLyn needs no internet. Cloud is there when you want it.

Support that fixes things

The person who answers you is the person who can fix it.

Who builds and supports it

OptiLyn is a product of Teknoble Software Solutions, an IT company working with healthcare and optical businesses across Pakistan. Teknoble also builds Carelyn, a hospital management system, and takes on custom software work. One small team does it all.

Existing clients manage tickets, licences and contracts through the support portal — the same system our own team uses.

See it for yourself

Twenty minutes, based on your shop, and an honest answer either way.
