Things to know

  • One computer must act as the server and stay switched on
  • Backups run automatically, but remain on your computer. We recommend keeping a separate backup copy to protect against hardware failure, theft or other damage
  • Each branch has its own separate data, stock and reports
  • Access from home or through the OptiLyn mobile app requires the Remote Access + Mobile App add-on
  • Updates are installed on your computer in scheduled rounds, so new features and fixes reach you later than on Cloud

  • On-Premise: extra branches pay 50% of the first-branch package price and 50% of add-on prices.
  • Upfront + yearly: the yearly support fee is exactly 25% of the upfront price, for both packages and every add-on. It covers updates and support; it is not a monthly price paid yearly.
  • Cloud: extra branches follow the branch pricing tiers below; add-ons are 50% for each extra branch. Annual prepay: pay for 10 months, use for 12.
